Choose how to split your PDF
This is a visual PDF splitter: select pages from thumbnails instead of typing a range. The order in the selected-pages list becomes the order of a combined output.
Extract one page
Select a single thumbnail to create a one-page PDF, useful for signed pages, certificates, receipts, or one section of a larger document.

Can I change the page order in the output?
Yes. Pages appear in the order you selected them, not their original order in the source file.
Does this handle scanned PDFs?
Thumbnails render with the same engine used by popular PDF readers, including scanned pages, though very large scans take longer.
Is a password-protected PDF supported?
No. Encrypted PDFs are rejected with a clear message, just as they are in Merge PDF.
What happens to metadata in the extracted pages?
The same cleanup as Merge PDF is applied. Page-level metadata and EXIF data inside embedded JPEGs are stripped, and the output's document information is left blank.
Can I extract just one page?
Yes. Select one page and use 'Extract as one PDF.' The 'separate PDFs' option only appears after you select two or more pages because one page would produce the same file either way.
Is there a page-count limit?
No. A long document simply takes longer to generate thumbnails; there isn't a hard page limit.
