How your images are placed in the PDF
Each image becomes one PDF page, and the list order determines the final page order. Page dimensions follow the source image instead of forcing every page into A4 or Letter size.
Mix supported formats
JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC files can appear in the same document. Add up to 50 images while staying within the per-file and combined limits.
Preserve quality where possible
Most JPG files are embedded without recompression, and PNG remains lossless. WebP and HEIC are converted to JPEG before being placed in the PDF.
Check page sizing
The tool does not add margins or fit images to a standard paper size. Use it when image-sized pages are appropriate for the document you need.
Frequently asked questions
Does this recompress my photos?
JPGs are embedded as-is wherever possible (no quality loss), and PNGs are re-embedded losslessly. WebP and HEIC images are decoded and re-encoded as JPEG first, since a PDF can only embed JPEG or PNG image data directly.
What happens to transparency in a PNG?
A true PNG source keeps its transparency, carried through the PDF's own soft-mask support. WebP or HEIC sources are flattened onto white before embedding.
Is metadata stripped?
Yes, always. As with Merge PDF, EXIF and location data inside embedded JPEGs is stripped, and the output's document information fields are left blank.
What's the size limit?
25 MB per image, 50 images, 100 MB combined.
Can I mix formats in one PDF, like JPG and HEIC together?
Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC can all be combined in the same run. Each page matches the size of its source image.
Can I control the page size, like fitting everything to A4?
No. Each page is sized to match its source image exactly, with 1 pixel equal to 1 point. There isn't an A4 or Letter fit-to-page option in this version.
